DEI Inventory Form
DEI Inventory
The National Speech and Debate Association is creating an inventory to gather information on the organization's existing resources to meet its diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Note: For this project, DEI resource is a broad term for any initiatives, policies, professional development, coaching, or committees intentionally designed to help make the organization more inclusive, equitable, and fair.
This inventory will provide a comprehensive list of the NSDA’s internal (designed to serve the NSDA staff) and external (designed to serve stakeholders and constituents) DEI resources and help facilitate an assessment to establish baselines for future analysis. By assessing our DEI efforts, we can identify common themes and create a conceptual map to discover our strengths and opportunities for growth.
